Shipping and Return Policy

Return & Exchange

1. Return, exchange, and store credit are available excluding charged shipping/delivery costs within 5 days of receipt by contacting us.
2. The policy does not apply to goods that have been used, washed, damaged, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
3. Merchandise should be return in original conditions with all tags attached. you must provide us with the invoice number before the return can be authorized.
4. Returns, exchanges, and store credit that do not meet our terms and conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
5. Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days of your return being received – Does not include delivery fee.
6. Final sales items are not refundable/ exchangeable.

Shipping & Delivery

Local: Purchased products will be delivered within 24 hours to 5 days. ( working days)

GCC: Shipping products to GCC countries takes approximately 7-10 working days.

Shipping fees will be added to the total amount of the purchase.
