Return & Exchange

1. Return, exchange and store credit are available excluding charged shipping/delivery costs within 5 days of receipt by contacting us.
2. The policy does not apply for to goods that have been used, washed, damaged or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
3. Merchandise should be return in original conditions with all tags attached. you must provide us with invoice number before the return can be authorized.
4. Returns, exchange and store credit that do not meet our terms and conditions will not be accepted and will be send back to the customer.
5. Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days of your return being received.
6. Final sales items are not refundable/ exchangeable.

Shipping & Delivery

Local: Purchased products will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

GCC: Shipping products to GCC countries takes approximately 7-10 working days.

Shipping fees will be added to the total amount of the purchase.
